the seller agreed to pay for both the handyman work and the foundation work! our due diligence ended on yesterday (the 15th), and we are still on track to close on the 25th. there’s now a laundry list of things we’d like to do with the house, and we can start really keeping an eye out for furniture that will fit the house.
